Peter Crouch spots Alisson gesture to crowd after Liverpool fans voiced Bologna concerns
Peter Crouch revealed Alisson Becker told Liverpool fans to 'calm down' during the Champions League clash with Bologna.
The Reds took the lead through Alexis Mac Allister, although the visitors had the ball in the net before that only to be denied by the offside flag. Bologna was undeterred by conceding though and impressed, particularly in the first half at Anfield.
Liverpool didn't help themselves though and were caught in possession on multiple occasions when trying to play out from the back. Trent Alexander-Arnold and Ryan Gravenberch were both sloppy in the defensive third, while Alisson also kicked the ball straight out of play when trying to find Andy Robertson.

And ex-Reds striker Crouch, who was on punditry duty for TNT Sports, revealed the Brazilian goalkeeper reacted to some disgruntled noises from the Kop behind him.
"Liverpool was in total control and let Bologna back into it. They have shot themselves in the foot, playing out from the back and getting caught in possession. Bologna has had chance after chance and Alisson has told the fans to calm down.
"You can sense it is getting a little bit nervy. There is a bit of history with what happened against Atalanta. Liverpool needs to regain control."
Fortunately for the home side, the Reds were much more in charge of proceedings after the break. Mohamed Salah added yet another stunning goal to his collection as he unleashed a stunning drive into the top corner.
It came after Arne Slot made another big tactical decision, opting to withdraw Darwin Nunez before the hour mark. The Uruguayan was given a chance to stake a claim for a regular starting spot, with Diogo Jota struggling for fitness in the days leading up to the match.
Jota was fit enough to take his place on the bench though and was called upon by Slot. He will be hoping to return to the starting line-up when the Reds return to Premier League action this weekend.
