The Eagles sent the lowest of their two first-round picks to the Titans along with a fourth-rounder to bring in Brown, who has been a star for Tennessee but couldn't agree to terms on a new deal.
24-year-old Brown was in the final year of his rookie deal and wanted a contract worth more than the $4million he was scheduled this year - but it was a price the Titans weren't willing to pay. Philadelphia were happy to pay not only with their NFL Draft picks but also with their own cash, as they're handing Brown a four-year deal worth $100m upon his move to the Eagles - including $57m guaranteed. "This wasn't my fault," Brown told ESPN after the move. "I wanted to stay, but the deal they offered was a low offer."
Are Eagles now contenders after Brown deal?
The Eagles saw their Super Bowl odds cut after trading for Brown and pairing him with Heisman Trophy winner DeVonta Smith, who was a first-round pick for Philadelphia last year.

They will now form a dynamic duo to help quarterback Jalen Hurts, who faces a prove-it year as he still has his critics in terms of his throwing ability. In Brown, he has a genuine elite wide receiver, who topped 1,000 yards in his first two seasons and had 869 yards in 13 games last season as he sat out four through injury. Now the fourth-highest paid receiver in the league, Brown is expected to make Philadelphia's passing attack into one of the most dynamic around. "We're really excited to have him on this team," said Eagles coach Nick Sirianni.

"He's a strong man, he's quick for a big guy and he catches everything. There is no projection. You've seen him do it in the NFL for three years now.''
Eagles make double move in NFL Draft
The Eagles had already made one trade on draft night before news broke of their huge move for Brown, as they sent four picks to Houston to move up and grab Georgia defensive tackle Jordan Davis.
The imposing six-foot-six, 340lb Davis was a cornerstone of the Georgia Bulldogs defence that won the National Championship and set college records. Davis ran the fastest 40-yard dash time at the NFL Combine in 16 years for a player of his size, and has been a dominate run-stuffing tackle at Georgia.

Philadelphia hope to expand his skill set to include more pass-rushing as he was hardly used for that purpose in college. With the two solid additions to the roster, Eagles general manager Howie Roseman has had a successful NFL Draft after just the first day.
