Marc Bartra has recognised the bravery of a fan who was pictured sat amongst the Schalke wearing the Dortmund shirt during Saturday's Ruhr derby.
The former Barcelona defender took to Twitter in an attempt to discover who the woman in the image is, looking fairly sheepish amongst a sea of blue shirts.
"I want to meet this woman!" Bartra wrote. "Will you help me find her? I wanna gift her my shirt! Help me with RT + hashtag."
Strangely, there don't seem to be too many angry glances in her direction. There is little love lost between the two clubs, a rivalry stretching back to the 1920s that continues to produce some of Germany's most intense encounters.
Saturday's meeting ended as a 1-1 draw, Thilo Kehrer rescuing a point after Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang had given the visitors the lead in the second half.
The point left Dortmund in fourth in the Bundesliga standings, while Schalke, enduring a fairly disappointing campaign, remain in ninth place.
Bartra has been a regular for BVB since his arrival from Barcelona, with 27 appearances in all competitions to his name this season.
