Manchester City are aiming to reach their Champions League semi-finals for the first time in five years as they look to wrap up their tie against Borussia Dortmund. Dortmund are, domestically, on course to miss out on next season’s competition, leaving winning this season their best chance to remain at Europe’s top table. City will wrap up the Premier League title in the coming weeks but this remains the competition they all want to win.

Liverpool and Real Madrid continue to count their injuries as they prepare for the second leg for their Champions League quarter-final. Jordan Henderson remains sidelined, meaning Jurgen Klopp has a decision to make in midfield: James Milner or Thiago Alcantara. Up front, Sadio Mane should come in, despite his wretched form in from of goal, after being rested from the off against Aston Villa.
Liverpool face a daunting task to keep their season alive as they face Real Madrid for a place in the Champions League semi-finals. With no fans allowed inside Anfield, Liverpool's players need all the confidence they can muster. Registering a first win — and first open-play goals — at home in 2021 could not have come at a better time in the Premier League victory over Aston Villa on Saturday.
