Planned Southeastern and Thameslink changes that could affect you this bank holiday

Planned engineering work will take place on certain Southeastern Railway lines this bank holiday Monday.

The work taking place means that buses will replace trains via Rochester and Strood.

We have compiled all of the information about this work so that you can properly plan your travel this week.
Southeastern:

High Speed via Gravesend: Trains between London St Pancras International and Ramsgate via Faversham will only run between London St Pancras International and Gravesend.

Sole Street Line: Trains between London Victoria and Gillingham, Dover Priory and Ramsgate will only run between London Victoria and Sole Street.

Additional trains will run between Gillingham and Ramsgate / Dover Priory via Faversham.

Medway Valley Line: Trains between Paddock Wood and Strood will run hourly and only between Paddock Wood and Maidstone West.
 Accessible replacement buses will run between: 
•    Meopham and Gillingham calling at all stations except Sole Street. 
•    Gravesend and Gillingham calling at all stations except Higham. 
•    Gravesend and Maidstone West calling at all stations. 
Thameslink:

On Monday, trains will run between Luton and Gravesend.

It is recommended that people use Southeastern services between London Bridge and Plumstead.

London Underground and Docklands Light Railway services between London Bridge and Woolwich Arsenal, London Bridge and Kings Cross St Pancras or the Elizabeth line between Abbey Wood and Farringdon.

It is recommended that people use Southeastern replacement buses to travel between Gravesend and Gillingham/Rainham.
