Sporting claimed third place in the NextGen, beating Arsenal 3-1 at Lake Como.
The Portuguese side were slow to get going and fell behind on 32 minutes when Arsenal's Thomas Eisfeld capitalised on an error at the back to slot home from close range.
Arsenal's lead lasted just six minutes when Wilson Manafa found the bottom corner when left unmarked at the far post.
Sporting enjoyed large amounts of possession throughout the game and were rewarded with two second-half goals from Ruben Semedo and Ricardo Esgaio to end the game 3-1.
Both teams played excellent football throughout the weekend, and will leave Lake Como with their heads held high after an exceptional run to the finals.
