The Premier League season is almost at an end, with Manchester City already crowned champions ahead of Sunday's final round of fixtures.

At the other end of the table, the final two relegation places are still to be confirmed with Everton, Leicester City and Leeds United all fighting to stay up. Two of those teams will join already-relegated Southampton in the Championship next season.

Newcastle have qualified for the Champions League for the first time in 20 years after earning a point against Leicester on Monday. They join Manchester City and Arsenal in Europe's premier club competition with Manchester United favourites to join them, ahead of Liverpool.

The latter are assured a place in the Europa League with United needing just one point from two home matches against Chelsea on Thursday and Fulham on the final day to qualify for the Champions League.

Two teams already in the Premier League's top five, City or United, will win the FA Cup so the second Europa League place will go to the team in sixth, which is practically certain to be Brighton.
