PREP BOYS BASKETBALL: Oakwood cruises past Cissna Park

Jan. 26—CISSNA PARK — The Oakwood boys basketball team poured on the points on Friday to get a 72-46 win over Cissna Park.

Alec Harrison had 18 points to lead the Comets, who had a 38-21 halftime lead, while Carsen Dudley had 15, Jackson Dudley had 11, Brody Taflinger had 10 and Cort Vermillion added eight points.

Dierks Newkomm had 19 to lead Cissna Park, while Seth Walder added 12.

The Comets will play Westville on Tuesday.
