The unquestionable tie of the round in the Champions League quarter-finals sees PSG host Bayern Munich, with the reigning champions having it all to do. While at least a couple of the other ties seem fairly clear-cut at the halfway point, this fixture really does have everything to play for, despite PSG having a slender lead.

Bayern’s task in coming back from the 3-2 first-leg deficit will be made all the more difficult due to attacking absences, with Serge Gnabry and Robert Lewandowski out. Against that, PSG could be without first-choice goalkeeper Keylor Navas, who was injured at the weekend.

Three away goals for the French side shows their firepower and that counter-attacking threat could yet prove to be pivotal in the second leg, with Bayern needing to take the initiative - two goals is the absolute minimum they’ll need to reach the last four.

The weekend didn’t exactly bode well for their comeback chances; while PSG strode to a routine victory, Bayern laboured to a draw against Union Berlin, underlining that a minor drop in form might have come at the worst possible time.
