QPR fixtures for Championship 2019-20 season: Full schedule with dates

QPR fans will be looking for more consistency in the 2019-20 season, with the most realistic aim for the campaign likely to be maintaining their Championship status.

Steve McClaren lasted until April with the club's unpredictable form ultimately costing the former England manager.

QPR's season was defined by streaks: the corner was seemingly turned after a horror start of four straight defeats (including 7-1 drubbing at West Brom), but they never found consistency.

McClaren stayed on despite a run of seven losses on the bounce early in 2019, but the fact that the west Londoners only won three league matches since Boxing Day suggests they were lucky to escape the season with their Championship status intact.

Mark Warburton has been appointed as manager on a two-year deal, and his task will be to restore a proud club to their former glories.
