The race will still be broadcast on Fox.

Unfortunately, there’s a 30 to 50 percent chance of rain throughout Monday afternoon, ESPN.com notes. There will be a competition caution at lap 60 to give teams a chance to tweak their set-ups.

Weather has been a factor all week at Bristol. Qualifying for the Cup race was cancelled Friday, Saturday’s XFINITY Series Fitzgerald Glider Kits 300 was delayed by rain for about 98 minutes. The XFINITY race was eventually completed, and won by Erik Jones.

This is the first Cup Series race impacted by weather this year. In 2016, two races – both at Pocono – were delayed until Monday. Last August’s race at Bristol was also was delayed a day, from Saturday night to a Sunday afternoon green flag.
