Rangers now have 4 major vacancies as Ibrox club rocked by another high-profile departure
Rangers have been rocked by yet ANOTHER high-profile departure - leaving the Ibrox club with FOUR major vacancies to fill.
The Light Blues are currently searching for a new chief executive, permanent chairman and head of academy. And now, it's emerged that they'll need to recruit a director of football operations after Creag Robertson decided to step down from his role. The former Falkirk exe moved to Govan in 2016 as head of business and education and was then promoted to his current job in June last year.
However, Robertson has now opted to quit after a difficult 12 months. It's believed he'll leave the Glasgow giants before the end of the year and his departure will be confirmed by Rangers this week.

It's a headache Gers could do without as the Ibrox hierarchy undergoes a major restructuring. James Bisgorve was first to jump ship in June when he resigned as CEO to make a life-changing move to Saudi outfit Al-Qadsiah.
Chairman John Bennett - who was tasked with fixing the mess left behind by Bisgrove after delays to construction on the Copland Stand forced Gers to temporarily move to Hampden - has also stepped away due to health issues. While academy director Zeb Jacobs was lured to Dutch giants Feyenoord, with a successor yet to be named.
