MK Dons 5/2

Kick-off

We're underway here, Reading kick-off

2 mins: Dons make a really good start

Dons have had all the possession in these first two minutes. Some great football being played in these opening stages, making use of the width

3 mins: GOAL - Would you believe it?

Of course, with their first real possession of the game, Reading are in front.

It was a relatively straight-forward up to Kelvin Ehibhationmhan, who cuts inside Jack Tucker to pick out the bottom corner of Kelly's net.

1-0

8 mins: Dons finding their groove again

Having made a pretty positive start, the goal could have knocked Dons off their course in the early stages but they've got back on the ball again and are stroking it around nicely, slowly making their way up the field

11 mins: Short corner

An ugly passage of play for Dons. Having won a corner, they play it short and get everything wrong. Poor pass from Eisa to Gilbey who takes a duff touch, Norman has to put himself into danger on halfway to win the loose ball and takes a hit on the knee and wins a free-kick

15 mins: A good start

Aside from the goal, which sounds obvious, Dons have had the better of it here. They've passed it nicely, looked dangerous when they have ventured forwards, while the home side have not really done a lot with the little possession they've had

19 mins: Blow for Tucker

The centre back picked up a knock on his ankle a few minutes ago, but he's been unable to run it off.

MJ Williams has dropped into centre back alongisde Smith and O'Hora, with Jack Payne replacing Tucker

22 mins: Gilbey with a shot

Harvie bursts forwards from the left into the centre of the park, Gilbey has acres of space but it takes too long to get over to him, his strike eventually straight into the chest of Joel Pereira in the Reading net

27 mins: Elliott into the book

Harvie tries to turn the ball around the corner but gives it away, wins it back but puts his body on the line and takes a scything tackle from Ben Elliott, which earns the Reading man a booking

29 mins: Gilbey has another go

Harvie to Gilbey again, this time 20-ish yards out for the captain, and he strikes it nicely but Pereira is a match for it again

31 mins: Good move

One from the training ground perhaps - Payne fizzes a free-kick out wide to Harvie, who crosses to Smith but he heads over

39 mins: GOAL! MK Dons are level

He's had two clearer chances to draw level, but Alex Gilbey has scored an equaliser!

A terrific ball wide from Harvie to unleash Norman on the right, first time cross from the wing-back and though Pereira gets something on it, Gilbey is on hand to bundle it over!

Dons are level at 1-1

43 mins: Kelly takes his time

Corr a ball into the Dons penalty area looked to be dropping to Paul Mukairu as he raced into the box, Kelly didn't look interested in coming for it but he steps in at the last minute to deny the Reading man

Stoppage time

Five minutes to be added on at the end of this entertaining first-half

45+4 mins: Dons chance turns to Reading counter

Leko breaks up the field, slides Norman in but his cut-back is cut-out, and Reading counter. Dons are left to chase as Ehibatioman fires from range but Smith gets a block in
