Real Madrid have a habit of handpicking the finest talents in Premier League football, and it’s something they look set to do once again as soon as their transfer embargo is lifted. Their next target? Manchester United forward, Marcus Rashford.

That’s right, United fans, if reports in Spain are to be believed, you could be about to lose one of the hottest prospects to come through your academy since the famous Class of ‘92.
But don’t worry, because as things stand the Galacticos will have to wait until January 2018 before they can start adding players to their ranks.
However, you can rest assured that Zinedine Zidane will want to make a statement in the market when that window opens, and boy would this be one.
After exploding onto the scene at Old Trafford earlier this year, the 19-year-old striker has since been forced to play out wide under new boss Jose Mourinho following the arrival of Zlatan Ibrahimovic.
And with Madrid looking for more presence up-front, Rashford may well prove himself to be the missing piece in their jigsaw in the next year or so.
It’s clear for all to see that the striker – already with an England senior goal to his name – operates best when played through the middle.
And it might not be long before Rashford grows frustrated by the lack of opportunities to do just that under Jose Mourinho.
However, he looks likely to be given a chance to prove himself in that area of the field this Saturday, when title contenders Arsenal come to visit. With Zlatan Ibrahimovic suspended and Wayne Rooney facing a late fitness test, the Special One may be left with no alternative but to start the youngster up-top.
And there’ll almost certainly be a handful of scouts from across Europe watching his every move.
