Eden Hazard is still not ready to return for Real Madrid in Los Blancos’ first LaLiga game of 2020 against Getafe.

The Belgian attacker has been sidelined since sustaining an ankle injury in Madrid’s 2-2 draw at home to Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League in late November.

Coach Zinedine Zidane confirmed on Friday that the 28-year-old will miss Saturday’s short trip to Getafe and revealed that the former Chelsea player is “100 per cent out” of the forthcoming Supercopa in Saudi Arabia.

Captain Sergio Ramos will also be absent this weekend through suspension.

The centre-back is banned after picking up his fifth league booking of the season in the goalless game against Athletic Club at the Santiago Bernabeu on December 22, but Casemiro is available again after a one-match suspension.

James Rodriguez, Lucas Vazquez and Marcelo have been back in training after injury this week, but have all been left out of the squad for Saturday’s match, presumably to build up fitness for the Supercopa.

There is no place in the 19-man squad list for Brahim Diaz or Mariano, while Marco Asensio remains sidelined with a long-term injury.
