Hanley Ramirez doesn't have much treatment time to make good on his vow.
The Red Sox DH left Sunday's game against the Rays in the seventh inning with what was described as a left hamstring cramp that caused him to pullup limping while running the bases.
"I'll be fine,'' Ramirez told reporters Sunday after the game (via ESPN.com). "I'll be in there tomorrow.''
The challenge: The Red Sox play their traditional 11 a.m. ET Patriots Day game on Monday.
In eight games, Ramirez is hitting.281/.361/.344 with no homers and four RBIs as he steps in for longtime Red Sox DH David Ortiz.
