Witherspoon showed her followers how to turn some snow into a frosty treat in a TikTok video on Friday
Reese Witherspoon is transforming snow into a tasty treat.
In a video she posted on TikTok on Friday, the Sing star, 47, shared the recipe for a unique frozen beverage that she called a "snow salt Chococinno."
"OK, so we've had a ton of snow over the past few days. We decided to make a recipe," she began narrating video footage that showed someone scooping large chunks of snow off of what appeared to be a vehicle and into coffee mugs.
She and the unidentified loved ones she referred to then added salted caramel syrup and chocolate syrup into the mugs — "just 'cause we like how they taste together."
Lastly, they filled their snowy cups with cold brew for a "yummy coffee flavor," per Witherspoon.
The Morning Show star wore a cozy black sweatshirt as she enjoyed the cold treat. "This is so good," she exclaimed, after taking a spoonful.
She went on to try and name the concoction, vetoing "salted snowy cappuccino" with a laugh before she settled on "snow salt Chococinno," pointing at the camera with a triumphant grin.
She captioned the TikTok, "Snow days were made for Chococinnos."
It's unlikely that Witherspoon's new creation will make the secret menu at Starbucks, but she is clearing enjoying her downtime in the snowy location amid the hectic awards season in Los Angeles.
This year, she's making the awards show circuit a family affair. Witherspoon's date to the 2024 Golden Globes — where she was nominated for her role as Bradley Jackson on The Morning Show — was her 20-year-old son, Deacon Phillippe.
