Remo Stars are looking to upset Enyimba, says David Walbe

The Sky Blues goalkeeper is predicting a tough encounter against the People's Elephants, but claims they can shock their opponents

Remo Stars goalkeeper, David Walbe has predicted a difficult match when his side travels to Calabar to face Enyimba in their next Nigeria Professional Football League encounter.

The Sky Blue Stars are currently in 19th place in the table following last weekend's 1-0 loss at Sunshine Stars, while the People's Elephants are seventh after losing 2-1 to Katsina United.

"It be will be a difficult match for us. The two teams will both be looking to react. They (Enyimba) are always strong at home. It's another tough game but this league is full of them," Walbe told Goal.

"We will be looking to cause an upset in the match. We've taken a step in the right direction in training and hopefully we can make another step. It has helped to re-instill what we already knew about this group.

"Remo Stars might have narrowly lost in Akure but like coach Fatai Osho will always tell us that we have what it takes to always put up a good fight.

"We are storming Calabar with a winning mindset and that's our major target. We respect them, but won't show fear when the game begins."
