Richetto leads KWC women to OT win

Feb. 4—Sydnee Richetto came off the bench to score a career-high 19 points, including two crucial buckets in the final 1:12 of overtime, to help the Kentucky Wesleyan College women's basketball team outlast Malone 72-64 in a conference matchup Saturday at Osborne Hall in Canton, Ohio.

Richetto set season-best marks by making 6-of-9 shots from the field and 7-of-10 attempts at the foul line in 37 minutes. Jordyn Barga finished with 14 points and six rebounds for Wesleyan (15-4, 10-3 G-MAC), while Corina Conley and Shaylee McDonald notched 12 points and five rebounds each.
