Danny Ward states interest in vacant Castleford job

The Tigers parted ways with Lee Radford earlier this week, and are now on the search for their next permanent head coach.
Ward, 42, oversaw London Broncos’ promotion to Super League in 2018, defeating Toronto Wolfpack in the Championship Grand Final.
Salford’s major injury blows
Salford have suffered two major injury blows to star players Oliver Partington and Joe Burgess. (Examiner Live)
Partington, 24, is in his first year with the Red Devils and has impressed so far this season. Meanwhile Burgess, 28, only returned to action against Hull KR in Round Two.
The pair are reportedly set to miss a ‘large chunk’ of the season according to Examiner Live.
Hull FC injury update

Both Tex Hoy and Ben McNamara suffered shoulder and back knocks respectively in their defeat to Catalans last Friday in Perpignan.
They host Salford on Saturday, with the game set to become the first ever pay-per-view streamed Super League game on the Our League platform.

Roby and Paasi to return
