One of Bundesliga's greatest ever goalscorers is on his way to the La Liga as he looks to test himself in Spain.

At the age of 33, the Pole is looking to reaffirm his position as one of the world's best players. Some La Liga clubs have already felt the force of the former Bayern and Borussia Dortmund ace in European competitions. Question is, will any of them fear him?

Real Madrid - 6 goals in 8 games

Los Blancos know all about Lewandowski considering the player bagged six goals in eight games against the La Liga giants. Four of those goals came in one game as the Pole became the first player in Champions League history to find the net on four occasions in a semi-final clash. Despite their emphatic triumph, Lewandowski couldn't help Borussia Dortmund to the European Cup after losing to his future employers Bayern Munich at Wembley. Nevertheless, it's clear that Lewy will be a target man for Real's defence during a much anticipated El Classico.

Sevilla - 0 goals in 5 games

One team who hasn't felt the force of Lewandowski are Sevilla. Despite playing in five games against the Los Nervionenses, the Pole is yet to bag a single goal.

Lewandowski will be desperate to change that when Barca and Sevilla meet in this forthcoming season.

Atletico Madrid - 2 goals in 5 games

Atletico Madrid are in a similar camp to Sevilla, after restricting Lewandowski to pretty average goalscoring numbers. Despite this, both goals from the Pole helped Bayern to victories over Atletico in Champions League games. Strangely, Lewy's last game against Colchoneros saw Bayern win 4-0, yet the Pole failed to get on the scoresheet.

Villarreal - 1 goal in 2 games

Lewandowski got his first taste of action against The Yellow Submarine during last season's Champions League quarter-finals. His first experience proved a disastrous one as Unai Emery's side knocked out the Bavarians over two legs. Lewy did get on the scoresheet but ultimately, he won't have happy memories against Villarreal.

Barcelona - 4 goals in 5 games

Barcelona may be excited about their new signing, but they certainly didn't chant his name during Bayern's 8-2 demolition at the Nou Camp. Lewandowski scored one goal and produced one assist during that famous Champions League victory in 2020. He also curled home a beautiful goal in 2015 as Bayern enjoyed a 3-2 win in the Champions League, although on that occasion, it was Barca who progressed on aggregate.
