Ronny Deila receives Abu Dhabi Celtic supporters club fan backing as group travels for Al Wahda clash
Ronny Deila may only have spent two years at Celtic before eventually leaving, but the fans won't ever forget him.
The Norwegian remains a popular figure at Parkhead having won three trophies in his two seasons in Glasgow and punters have adopted the mantra of "once a Celt" as he was applauded when he returned back at the club as part of their player of the year awards dinner at the OVO Hydro last term.
Now the manager of Al Wahda in Abu Dhabi, Deila welcomed a Hoops contingent of fans who live in the UAE as his side took on Baniyas in Pro League action this evening.

The fans were decked out in Celtic gear and had their Abu Dhabi CSC banners in the home section of the crowd and were there specifically to wish Deila well.
Conall Lee, 28 - a member of the Abu Dhabi Celtic Supporters Club committee - told Football Scotland: "Ronny always speaks fondly of Celtic so we thought we'd go along and give him a bit of support!"
The fans could be seen in a clip posted on social media 'doing the Huddle' which is a popular chant at Parkhead.
