Rory McIlroy's huge prize money from season-ending DP World Tour Championship
Rory McIlroy brought the curtain down on the DP World Tour in style as he won the season-ending DP World Tour Championship by two shots.
The top 50 players in the Race to Dubai rankings contested the money-spinning finale at the Jumeirah Golf Estates Earth Course in Dubai.
A huge prize pot of $10 million was up for grabs and with no cut it meant the whole field was in contention to battle it out for the money over 72 holes.

Bonus payments will go to the top 10 played golfers in the final Race to Dubai standings.
McIlroy kept his cool to claim the honours in the end and pocket a remarkable $3m. In fact the top three pocketed more than half of the prize fund with second placed Rasmus Hojgaard earning $1.27m and $820,000 going to in third.
McIlroy wasn't done just yet however as there was an additional $6 million up for grabs for the top 10 golfers in the Race to Dubai.
The Northern Irish golfer's win at Jumeirah earned him another $2m bulking his final pay cheque to a remarkable $5m!
It also took him level with the legendary Seve Ballesteros in winning the order of merit six times.
McIlroy only needed a top-11 finish to reach the summit of the season rankings, and after nearest challenger Thriston Lawrence finished in midfield the title was in the bag before he had finished his final round at Jumeirah.
