Godolphin trainer Saeed Bin Suroor has plenty of options for Royal Ascot and suggests he may send Real World for a rematch with the outstanding Baaeed in the Queen Anne Stakes on June 14. Bin Suroor had been considering his options for the Dark Angel five-year-old after tasting defeat to William Haggas' jet-plane Baaeed in the Lockinge Stakes at Newbury. "I have been thinking about these two races for a long time," said Bin Suroor. "Most likely we will go to the Queen Anne now. The winner at Sandown (Bay Bridge) is going to go for the Prince of Wales's and it looks a very good race with some very good horses. "The mile and a quarter would suit Real World, but the mile of the Queen Anne would suit him also. "We are going to meet Baaeed, the same horse who won the Lockinge, in the Queen Anne, so it is a difficult decision. Baaeed is very good." Meanwhile, 55-year-old Bin Suroor has high hopes for Mawj after her impressive six-furlong victory in the Denbury Homes British EBF Fillies' Novice Stakes at Newmarket earlier this month. The Exceed and Excel filly looks to be lined up for the Albany Stakes and has had the Newmarket form franked by the runner up at HQ, Believing, going on to win on the all-weather at Wolverhampton. Bin Suroor has been impressed with Mawj's work on the Godolphin gallops ahead of the Group 3 race on June 17. "Mawj will hopefully go to the Albany," he added. "She was working well ahead of her debut, but the way she ran, she ran nicely. "She is a nice filly and always she works nicely in the morning. We thought she would run a big race at Newmarket, but she won it easily. "She is a good filly, but we need to see more from her really. That is what we hope to see in the Albany." The Royal Ascot meeting starts on Tuesday, June 14 and ends on Saturday, June 18 and takes place at Ascot racecourse in Berkshire. The Royal meeting is extra special this year as it takes place during the Queen's Platinum Jubilee.
