Royce Gracie vs. Ken Shamrock 3, Kimbo Slice vs. Dada 5000 Planned for Bellator in February

Ken Shamrock will fight Royce Gracie for a third time when Bellator MMA brings the two together in a main event on Feb. 19 at Toyota Center in Houston, the promotion announced on Friday evening.

Additionally, Kevin “Kimbo Slice” Ferguson will meet a fellow street-fight legend in Dhafir Harris, otherwise known as “Dada 5000.”

Shamrock and Gracie, both pioneers of mixed marital arts, have met twice before. Their first meeting came at the very first UFC event in November of 1993 when Gracie won by submission. They would fight to a draw over a year and a half later in April of 1995.

Shamrock recently returned to fighting after nearly five years away from the sport when he fought Kimbo last June. The bout lasted just over two minutes and saw Shamrock coming up short, suffering a knockout to the former YouTube sensation.

Gracie has been out of the cage since 2007, when he defeated Kazushi Sakuraba in a bout that was marred with a failed drug test for performance-enhancing drugs by Gracie.

By the time the two step in the cage in Houston next February, the collective age of the combatants will be 101 years old with Gracie at 49 and Shamrock at 52.

Fresh off his win over Shamrock, Slice will look to make it 2-0 in Bellator when he fights a former friend and bodyguard in Dada. The two made their claims to fame with Florida street fights that went viral on the web, and now the two will make it official with a sanctioned bout in Texas.

The event will broadcast on Spike and tickets for the card go on sale Nov. 14.
