Evalds, 19, who has made three Super League appearances so far this year at full-back, has signed a new two-year contract.
He is the fourth Salford player to sign a new deal since the arrival of Noble, following in the footsteps of Martin Gleeson, Shannon McPherson and Marc Sneyd, who extended his stay earlier this week.
Salford head of youth Alan Hunte said: "Both Niall and Marc Sneyd have come through our ranks and, as supporters have seen this season, both are incredibly exciting talents capable of making a real impact on this competition over the coming years."
