Sancho starts, Lavia decision and three changes - Dream Chelsea XI vs West Ham
Chelsea duo Romeo Lavia and Malo Gusto continued their rehabilitation with another modified session on Tuesday as they continue their recovery from injury. Lavia has not featured since the opening weekend due to a hamstring, while Gusto missed Saturday's win at Bournemouth with a muscle problem.
However, both players are on their way back to full fitness and there is an optimism that they could even be back for Chelsea's trip to West Ham this weekend. Enzo Maresca's side face the Hammers looking to make it back-to-back Premier League victories for the first time this season.
After losing to Manchester City in their first game, Chelsea have since picked up seven points from their next three league matches - beating Wolves and Bournemouth as well as drawing against Crystal Palace. It means the Blues sit eighth and on the rise under Maresca, who has made a positive start to life at the club.
How might Chelsea line-up to face West Ham? In goal, Maresca has already admitted the plan is to play Robert Sanchez in the Premier League and Filip Jorgensen in cup and European matches. With this in mind, Sanchez, who saved a penalty against Bournemouth, is expected to keep his place.
Moving to the back-line, Maresca has kept a settled defensive unit, where possible. Marc Cucurella, Levi Colwill and Wesley Fofana have started every Premier League match this season, and those three look like nailed on to start once again. Alongside them, Gusto will make up the back four if fit, but should he not become available then Disasi could keep his place or Tosin Adarabioyo might be handed a rare chance.
In midfield, Maresca was forced to make one change in there for the trip to Bournemouth. Enzo Fernandez dropped out, with Renato Veiga coming in. Fernandez is set to return to the XI this weekend alongside Moises Caicedo, while Cole Palmer could continue in the central attacking midfielder role. Kiernan Dewsbury-Hall, who has returned to training, is pushing for a chance to impress.

Looking at the frontline and here is where Maresca has a real dilemma. Does he hand Jadon Sancho his first start? Does Joao Felix also start? Does Pedro Neto keep his place? There is a likelihood that Sancho will come in after winning Player of the Match for his 45-minute cameo against Bournemouth.
Sancho could start on the left-hand side, with Nicolas Jackson continuing his role through the middle despite missing a couple of chances against Bournemouth. Now for the right-hand side, will Noni Madueke, Saturday's match-winner Christopher Nkunku or even Pedro Neto start? The good thing is for Maresca that he does have options, but I wouldn't like to be the one making that decision.
