Raging Hibs ultras spray painted a "sack the board" message outside Easter Road in the wake of yet another dire result for the club.

The Hibees were battered at Dens Park on Saturday night as a calamitous 90 minutes saw them crash to a dismal 4-1 defeat against Dundee. It was a result that rookie boss David Gray could have done without as the Scottish Cup-winning icon clings onto his job. The crisis-hit Edinburgh outfit remain rooted to bottom spot in the Premiership and could face a relegation dogfight this season unless results dramatically improve.

Hibs are one point behind city rivals Hearts at the foot of the table, having played a game less, and the capital duo are beginning to be cut adrift. Kilmarnock are four points above in tenth, while St Johnstone and Ross County earned some breathing space from the bottom two with victories at the weekend.

It's a woeful situation that Hibs find themselves in and fans have vented their frustrations in recent weeks by jeering their flops off the park. But ultras group Block Seven escalated tensions on Saturday night be scrawling graffiti on a wall outside Easter Road with a blunt message: "Sack the board".

Supporters have made it clear in recent weeks that they want a clearout from top to bottom of the club, with the Gordon Family, CEO Ben Kensell and sporting director Malky Mackay all finding themselves in the firing line.
