The Inter forward is joining the Ducali on loan with option to buy along with Matias Silvestre and €10m (8.6m) in exchange for Belfodil.
“The negotiations will be completed by Wednesday or Thursday. It all seems to be going in the right direction and I doubt there will be problems,” agent Beppe Bozzo said.
“It is a positive move for Antonio and for both clubs. Inter will have what they want and Cassano will be able to show his qualities ahead of next year’s World Cup.
“It is also beyond doubt that Parma are signing a player of enormous talent who can give a precious contribution this season.”
