The 35-year-old’s current contract with Lazio expires at the end of the season and, alongside the Aquile’s perceived attempts to hand him a renewal, speculation is of interest from the Bundesliga and MLS.
It is a situation that the striker has now made clear does exist, to some extent.
“Thank God that I do have so many important offers,” began Klose to reporters this week.
“There are various options that I am analysing. Certainly I want to continue playing at a high level.
“I’m fine right now and if I keep working hard then I will be well to play at this level for another two years.”
The veteran, who is in line to head to the World Cup with Germany, is currently one goal behind Ronaldo’s all-time scoring record at the tournament finals.
“I’ve scored 14, I will not conceal that I’d like to score some more.”
