Verona took the lead on 36 minutes via a Luca Tonia penalty after Bovo had brought down Juanito Gomez inside the area from a corner.
But the visitors hit back after the restart as Immobile broke the offside trap and lashed the ball past the goalkeeper from close-range.
And the turnaround was complete three minutes later. A cross from El Kaddouri found Cerci, who volleyed from the edge of the area and into the back of the net on 53 minutes.
The away team were a completely different side in the second half, and added to the performance by netting a third on the hour mark. A pass from Cerci found El Kaddouri, and the Moroccan forward stroked the ball home from the edge of the area.
A two goal advantage proved ample for Torino as they drew level with Verona on 36 points.
