Orlando Pirates are reportedly considering offloading Thembelani Sikhakhane and Sello Japhta, who both joined the club prior to the current season.
Sikhakhane and Japhta have failed to impress after signing for the Buccaneers from Lamontville Golden Arrows and Free State Stars respectively.
Japhta could not break into the Pirates starting line-up in the first round of the season and he was shipped out to Chippa United on a short-term loan deal in January 2017.
The promising midfielder has only made four PSL appearances for the Chilli Boys thus far as he battles to cement his place in the team's starting line-up.
Recent reports have indicated that his parent club Pirates are contemplating selling the 23-year-year-old winger at the end of the season.
Meanwhile, Sikhakhane enjoyed regular game in the first round, but he has since lost his place to Ntsikelelo Nyauza and Thabo Matlaba in the right-back position.
The defender is yet to feature in a competitive game for the Buccaneers under Swedish tactician Kljell Jonevret, who was appointed two months.
The Soweto giants are believed to be considering releasing the 24-year-year-old full-back when the season comes to an end.
