Six Nations 2023: How to watch every match for FREE on TV and online

The Six Nations remains on free-to-air television in the UK for 2023 with the tournament now off and running.

While not technically part of the traditional ‘crown jewels’ of British sport that have to remain on terrestrial TV, the competition will stay as such until at least 2025 after a new four-year rights renewal agreed with broadcasters back in 2021.

That fresh deal guaranteed that the Six Nations - free-to-air in the UK since 2003 - will stay on the BBC and ITV, with the latter showing all home matches from England plus Ireland, France and Italy.

The BBC, meanwhile, shows home matches for Scotland and Wales as part of the ongoing agreeement.

Below is how you can watch every single Six Nations fixture for 2023 live and for free on terrestrial television in the UK, with the ITVX app, ITV website, BBC iPlayer and BBC Sport website all available for live streams online.
