Schlierenzauer claimed two wins in a day, after Saturday's event was rescheduled on Sunday, as weather continued to make life tough for organisers in Harrachov.
His second victory - the 48th of the 23-year old's already storied career - was decided after just one jump as shifting winds made it impossible to conclude the event safely.
Jan Matura, of the Czech Republic, delighted the home crowd to add a second place to his earlier third while Slovenia's Jurij Tepes completed the top three.
"It's unbelievable, it's so cool and amazing to have that record and be able to say that I'm a legend," said Schlierenzauer.
