A day after triumphing in round 13 at the same venue, Takanashi blew away the competition to seal her crown with two events left – both in Norway in March.

The youngster, who finished sixth in the 2011 World Championships, amassed 266.9 points from her two jumps on Sunday, a clear 23.6 ahead of nearest challenger Coline Mattel of France.

Mattel is still fighting it out for second place with America's Sarah Hendrickson, who finished third in Slovenia, but the 18-year-old holds a 114-point lead in the overall standings.

Home jumper Katja Pozun gave the Ljubno crowd reason to cheer with a fourth-placed finish, 239.8 points enough to move American veteran Lindsey Van into fifth.
