The former world champion achieved the landmark feat in the second frame, and added a further 121 break as the Australian blew Khairy off the table.
He because the 18th player to make more than one competitive maximum break, and at one stage scored 451 unanswered points.
The Egyptian scored a total of six points in the first four frames, before restoring a modicum of pride by putting 39 on the board in the final frame.
Robertson was the first man through in Tuesday morning's qualifying session.
He will face nine-time world ladies champion Reanne Evans after she beat Thepchaiya Un-Nooh 5-4 to qualify for the main stages of a male ranking event for the first time.
Evans, 27, played on the 2010/11 tour on a wildcard but failed to win a match. She failed to win a place for this season in Q School but won enough matches to earn the right to try and qualify for the Wuxi Classic as an amateur.
Un-Nooh led 3-0 at one point before Evans reeled off four straight frames with a top break of 52.
The Thai levelled in the following frame but lost the decider.
"It's definitely the best result of my career so far," said Evans. "Hopefully this will show other women what can be done in snooker and there will be more to follow me.
"It's a really big win for me because I have done it on merit. I played well in Q School and my results there have earned me this chance.
"I've never been to China before but I'm really excited about it now and hopefully it will give me the chance to boost my profile out there.
WPBSA chairman Jason Fergsuon said: "We are doing what we can to try to develop ladies snooker and this gives it a massive boost. It's a tremendous achievement for Reanne."
The Wuxi Classic features a flat 128-man draw, with the 64 qualifying winners travelling to China for the main tournament.
World champion Ronnie O'Sullivan has withdrawn, while world number one Mark Selby was upset 5-3 by Andrew Pagett on Monday.
