Soccer Aid returns this summer, with the annual star-studded charity football match heading back to London for the third time in 2022.
A record-breaking £13,014,76 was raised for UNICEF as a result of last year’s clash, which a dominant World XI won 3-0 at Manchester City’s Etihad Stadium courtesy of goals from Love Island star Kem Cetinay and comedian Lee Mack.
The first batch of footballing greats and celebrities involved in this year’s game were officially confirmed on Tuesday morning, with the show set to be presented by Dermot O’Leary, Maya Jama and Lionesses legend Alex Scott.
There will also be a half-time musical performance from Soccer Aid founder Robbie Williams.

This year, Soccer Aid is being held on Sunday, June 12.
Where is Soccer Aid 2022 being played?
After previous visits to Wembley and Chelsea’s Stamford Bridge, the 2022 edition is taking place at London Stadium, home of West Ham.
