Just nine months ago, England travelled to Hungary for a World Cup qualifier and put on an impressive display. The score that day? 4-0.
Mason Mount was clearly pleased with the performance and decided to tweet a pun about being "Hungary for more"... can't say that aged too well.

He's nailed the look. He's nailed the body language. He's got the backing of the country. You know what to do England...

How about this for an unexpected stat - of all the teams to break PSG's nutmeg record, it was a relegated Watford side.
And they absolutely smashed the record too - they had twice as many nutmegs as goals scored.
Watford ended the 2021/22 Premier League season with 70 nutmegs.
This breaks PSG’s record (62) of most nutmegs (in recorded history) for one season.

Australia goalkeeper Andrew Redmayne was his country's hero this week after his penalty shootout heroics helped his nation to the 2022 World Cup. But did he resort to dirty tactics to get the job done? We'll leave that with you... Check this out.
Before their shootout for a place at the World Cup, Australia keeper Andrew Redmayne threw away the Peru keeper’s water bottle that had all his penalty-taker notes on it 😳

And while on the topic of goalkeepers, take a look at this ridiculous Manuel Neuer save for Germany. Even at 36 years old the Bayern Munich star is one of the world's best.
This. This isn't normal, Manuel Neuer. pic.twitter.com/W2SuIWYymL

Two red cards, a last-gasp equaliser and a mud bath for a pitch. United States vs El Salvador had it all this week.
