Love Island hit the screens for a brand new series on ITV last night and Gemma Owen - daughter of Michael Owen - entered the villa. She is the youngest contestant on the show this year at the age of 19. Gemma admitted her father is hardly 'buzzing' about her participating in the show but has his full support. "He's very supportive in whatever I decide to do," she said. "He didn't have a massive tantrum or anything like that. He was pretty chilled, he trusts me not to do anything to embarrass him. He took it quite well."
Of course, football fans could not resist taunting the former England international on Twitter but we think this is the best of the lot.

Chelsea fans seem to have had enough of Romelu Lukaku. After an underwhelming return to Stamford Bridge, it is believed the Belgium forward is planning to leave and has held talks with Inter Milan about a possible return.
Chelsea ended the season without a major trophy, finishing runner-up in both domestic cups. Thomas Tuchel's side lost out to Liverpool on penalties in both games.
Didier Drogba was a man who stepped up when his team needed him with nine goals in 10 cup finals for Chelsea and it seems like fans are missing the Ivory Coast great.
We have had so much bad luck in these 4 domestic finals. I’m hoping our luck changes in the future. We really need a match winner like Didier Drogba to win us these type of games. pic.twitter.com/9JoufB2LMg

Paul Merson is in the headlines after claiming Manchester United should sell Cristiano Ronaldo this summer.
Despite scoring 24 goals in 38 games, Merson believes United need to 'plan for the future'.

Much has been made about Gareth Bale being the greatest British player of all-time after five European Cups and three La Liga's during his time at Madrid.
Even Wikipedia has labelled him as the 'best British player of his generation'. One Manchester United fan quickly reminded the world of another candidate for that title - and he may have a point.
