In front of 7,500 fans, Los Azulones bagged the game-winning goal in the 78th minute, with Angel Lafita scoring with his right foot into the lower right of the goal after intercepting a pass from Real Valladolid's Javi Guerra.
Óscar scored first for Valladolid in the 45th minute before a header by Alexis in the 74th minute levelled matters.
Getafe have now recorded five wins, six losses and one draw this season, which puts them in eighth place, only five points above the relegation zone.
