Referee Lee Mason has withdrawn from his matchday duties for Sunday's Premier League match between Sheffield United and Liverpool following Saturday’s controversial West Brom win over Brighton. Brighton defender Lewis Dunk scored a quick free-kick in the first half, which Mason disallowed before changing his mind and awarding the goal.
Roy Hodgson has been dealt another injury blow this week, with Nathaniel Clyne joining the lengthy list of unavailable Crystal Palace players. Wilfried Zaha continues to step up his recovery from a hamstring injury but is still training alone, while Jeffrey Schlupp is tentatively returning to training this week. Neither will be fit for the visit of Fulham, however.
