Gylfi Sigurdsson has scored the most free-kicks in the Premier League since the 2012/13 season, reports Squawka.

Swansea's Icelandic talisman has netted six times from free-kicks since the 2012/13 campaign.

He tops a list that consists of illustrious names such as: Yaya Toure, Alexis Sanchez, Christian Eriksen, Steven Gerrard, Wayne Rooney, and Luis Suarez.

Sigurdsson has been one of Swansea's best players since they signed him from Tottenham in 2014 and the stats back this up:

Arguably Sigurdsson's best free-kick came in 2014, when he punished a Kieran Gibbs foul on Modou Barrow to curl the ball Wojciech Szczesny from all of 25 yards.

The Icelandic international has scored 36 goals in 122 games for the Swans in all competitions, and has also netted 15 times in 49 caps for Iceland, as well as  starring for his country when they knocked England out of EURO 2016 in the last 16.
