Harry Kane may have two spells out injured to blame for losing his chance (most likely) at a second consecutive Premier League Golden Boot, but that won't diminish from the fact that he goes into this weekend's north London derby with Arsenal with an incredible record in big games.
When it comes to facing other London clubs, data published by Sky Sports can reveal Kane is second only to Arsenal legend Thierry Henry with an exceptional goals per game return.
So far in his short career, Kane has scored 18 times in 25 'London derbies' - that would be fixtures against the likes West Ham, Crystal Palace, Chelsea etc, as well as just Arsenal - to give him a record of 0.72 goals per game.
Henry played in 59 'London derbies' during his time in England, scoring 43 times for a goals per game record that is only marginally better at 0.73.
Former Spurs favourite Jurgen Klinsmann managed 0.65 goals per game during his Premier League career. In fact, four of the German's 18 London derby goals came in his penultimate appearance of his second and final spell for the club when he netted four against Wimbledon.
Dimitar Berbatov finished his Premier League career with an average of 0.55 goals per game in London derbies after spells with Tottenham and Fulham, while current West Ham midfielder is surprisingly prolific in such games with a record of 0.62 goals per game.
Specifically against Arsenal, Kane has a marvellous recent record. He scored Spurs' goal at the Emirates Stadium in the 1-1 draw back in September of this season.
Kane also scored home and away against the Gunners in the Premier League last season in two further draws, as well as both goals in a White Hart Lane win for Spurs the only time he faced them in 2014/15. He never not scored against Arsenal in the Premier League.
