Randall and Clark, who are making their debut season as an international duet partnership, achieved immediate success together as they won bronze at last month's Berlin Open.
And they will compete at Ponds Forge in Sheffield for the first time since winning team combination bronze with Great Britain at the European Champions Cup in 2011.
Athletes from 11 different British clubs will compete across the two-day event as well as international guest entries from the Netherlands and Canada in addition to the pairing of Randall and Clark.
And Randall, who along with Clark was part of the British team that finished sixth at the London 2012 Olympics last summer, wants to demonstrate in Sheffield how far their pairing has come on since the Berlin Open.
"We're definitely looking forward to competing and seeing all the domestic clubs in action this weekend," said Randall.
"It will be the first time Katie or I have competed at Ponds Forge since 2011 so it will be good to go back there because it's a nice big pool which is really good for synchro.
"We've been training a lot together since Germany and I think we've made improvements in both our routines. Hopefully we can show that in Sheffield and improve our marks."
