Liverpool's home stadium Anfield will be taking a break from football until August and will instead take centre stage for Taylor Swift's 'Eras Tour'.

The Reds finished their Premier League campaign last month with the win over Wolves. The fixture also happened to be Jurgen Klopp's final match as manager, with Arne Slot arriving as head coach and his successor.

As a result, Liverpool now will not play any matches at Anfield until August when the next Premier League campaign gets underway. But before then, the stadium will be used as a venue for concerts this summer, after which Liverpool are likely to install their new pitch ahead of the 2024/25 season.

Swift, a 14-time Grammy Award-winning artist, will be performing her 'Eras Tour' at Anfield this summer, following in the footsteps of the likes of Bon Jovi, Elton John, the Eagles and the Rolling Stones to host concerts at the stadium. This summer will also see P!nk perform at Liverpool's stadium as part of her tour.

As part of the tour, Swift is expected to perform several of her biggest hits including the likes of 'Love Story', 'Wildest Dreams', 'Blank Space', 'Bad Blood' and many more. The singer could also play some tracks from her new album 'The Tortured Poets Department'.

Taylor Swift Eras Tour dates at Anfield

Taylor Swift will be performing three shows at Anfield as part of her 'Eras Tour' schedule.

The singer has shows for Thursday, June 13th, Friday, June 14 and Saturday, June 15th, all three of which are close to being sold out.

Swift will be supported by US-based band Paramore led by lead singer Hayley Williams for all three shows at Anfield. Swift has previously had Sabrina Carpenter be her support act during her tour dates in South America, Asia and Australia earlier this year.
