SOUTHEND United own cast of neighbours will be looking to work their way past Woking tonight.

Several members of the Shrimpers squad have gone from team-mates to flat-mates with eight players now living close together in the city.

And Cav Miley the living arrangements will only be of benefit to Blues.

“I stay with Dan Mooney and in our block you have Noor (Husin) and Powelly (Callum Powell) upstairs,” said Miley.

“The next block across you have Gus (Scott-Morriss) and Hydey (Jake Hyde) and Hobbo (Shaun Hobson) and Wes (Fonguck) so we’re a bit too close really.

“But it’s good for everyone so we can all do things together and it helps.”

Blues have triumphed 1-0 in their last two games to move up to 11th in the National League standings.

And Miley is keen to keep the good run going.

“We were over the moon with Saturday,” said Miley.

“It’s going well and we’re looking forward to tomorrow so hopefully we can back it up.

“Every game in this league is tough but we’re at home so hopefully we can show them what we’re about.

“We want to take control of the game and get three points.

“We’ll definitely be going into it with positive spirits too.”
