Djokovic, who finished last year on a high with victory in the World Tour Finals, has opted not to appear at the ATP tournaments leading up to the Australian Open in January, when he will defend his title.

Instead, the Serb will play the Mubadala World Tennis Championship, an exhibition tournament in Abu Dhabi, in December and then the Hopman Cup in Perth, alongside Ana Ivanovic.

The Hopman Cup, a mixed team competition, is not an ATP Tour event.

Djokovic will also play in the Davis Cup for Serbia in a tie against Belgium in early February before appearing at Dubai, Indian Wells, and Miami.

The 25-year-old has not released his scheduled beyond the first three months of the year.
