Tebow, a lefty, hit the homer off fellow southpaw Domenic Mazza, a 22nd round pick by the Giants out of UC-Santa Barbara.
The former Florida Gator appeared confused, stopping at second base after launching the ball (to be fair, the ball appeared to bounce back onto the field).
Tebow hit .148for the Mets in nine spring training games.
