Today's Daily Fantasy Hockey Picks: Advice, strategy for Wednesday's DraftKings, FanDuel NHL DFS contests

Sporting News

Welcome back for another season of NHL DFS! Hockey (and daily fantasy hockey) return tonight with a four-game opening slate that includes a battle of the past two Stanley Cup champions, the Blues and Capitals. As is the case most days during the NHL season, we're here to hep you take down some GPPs and cash games with our favorite DraftKings and FanDuel picks.

Before we get into tonight's plays, we'd like to give you a preview of Fantasy Alarm's NHL coverage. Every day we will have either a full Playbook like the one below or a more narrative-form breakdown of the slate along with example lineups for slates of three or more games. If there are multiple slates in a day with more than three games, we will cover the larger of the two slates, and if there are an equal number of games on split slates, the later of the two slates. We will not have coverage on days where there is only a one- or two-game slate.
