Tom Brady appears to be a motivated seller.
The Patriots quarterback and his wife Gisele Bündchen have lowered the asking price on their Massachusetts mansion to $33.9 million, according to The Los Angeles Times.
That's $8 million lower than the original asking price.
The Brookline home of Tom Brady & Gisele Bündchen is on sale for $39,500,000.
The mortgage is $147,422 a month.

The 5-bedroom, 5 bath mansion has a three-car garage, a pool and a driveway that can handle up to 20 vehicles.
Brady's next-closest property is nearly three hours from Foxboro, at Silo Ridge Field Club in Armenia, New York.
Could this mean the Patriots star is on his way out of New England?
At age 42, Brady might become a free agent for the first time in his 20-year NFL career.
The six-time Super Bowl champion was not ready to discuss his future after the Patriots' 20-13 loss to the Titans in the NFL playoffs on Saturday.
"I don't know what the future looks like, and I'm not going to predict it," Brady said when asked whether he'll return to the Patriots in 2020. "I wish we would have won tonight, and I wish we would have done things better over the course of the season. But we just didn't get the job done."
